I always noticed that some of the payouts/activities pay way too less for the effort that needs to be put into and they do not seem be balanced, in my opinion.
This is what I have in mind, and as always,
prices/ideas can be 'adjusted' and/or discussed further. I am happy to see any feedback

BanksIf you rob the guy standing at front desk, you get a maximum of 3k which is not really that rewarding considering that you are robbing a bank and you get 5 stars. Make it up to 7k-8k? Robbing a betting shop/bar will give you up to 7k sometimes which is cool.

Restaurants/diners/Zero's shop/Fishing shop/etcIf you rob the clerk/Zero you get a maximum of $999 a lot of times, something like that. Make it up to 3k-5k. Players just do not even bother to enter/rob this kind of places because of the low reward (myself included).

AchievementsSome of the achievements pay like $313, $500, etc. which is way too less. Getting 100 money bags and you get 4k? These things should be more rewarding as well, that would encourage players to chase those achievements (and play more).

Redsands West casino payoutI think this has been discussed before but I felt like this needs mentioning as well. Robbing the guy from the casino bar will give you $300 which is also low. But the issue is that this is one of the casinos where you get a money bag and need to go to a hideout.
Some of them do not require that and the payout is pretty much same. Either remove the money bag from the casinos, or make the pay out bigger (30k-35k) to make it worth robbing it.

Car Exports side jobSo I've recently completed a list and I got very little low rewards. I do not think I've gotten a reward for completing the list itself.

Scrapping carsSome of the cars pay like $800 which sounds a bit realistic but wouldn't hurt for the payout to be bigger to encourage players to do this.

PlantsI said it before, I love this update. However, selling plants to the NPC should pay a little bit more. Maybe up to 75k for 50 grams but you get a wanted level of 2 instead? Rich players do not even bother to plant drugs anymore.

Job eventsThe job events should pay more too.

SafesThis is related to other points but robbing safes should also pay out more. As an example, robbing the safe of a pizza shop might give you anything between 2.5k-3.5k I think. Make it more random like 2.5k-6k something like that.

Robbing banks in groupsThe money from the bags in the bank vault should also depend on how many players are currently in the vault itself.
I know that many of the current payouts might have been added while in the beta/early days but we're now in 2024 so why not have them adjust them accordingly? There should be more balance in work-pay ratio. Some of them do not feel like you are getting rewarded properly.
I am no economist expert but I understand that making these kind of changes might have an impact on the economy more or less, so in order to balance that, my (other) ideas are:
- Buying cars should cost more
- Buying houses from Avery (the server) should also cost more. An example, a trailer is 21k, make it 40k-50k.
- Buying weapons should cost a little more
- Buying weapons as a cop should cost more,
but also increase the "payday" in order not to discourage the police community- Car mods to be a bit more expensive
- More can be suggested
If things that can be bought cost more but the payouts are better, players will also play more 'carefully' in order to save money.
