DetailsI was ticketable but JohnJohnYoutuber didn't give me a ticket he just kept standing next to me without doing anything, and when i drove off he began chasing me as a ticketable suspect and spamming "Pull over", at this point i had 2 stars then quickly evolved to 4 or 5 stars. I eventually stopped at the junkyard and stepped out of the car he kept shooting me as a non-threat and i never shot back then got a bribe from another cop, even though I didn't have any wanted level at the time, he shot my car and blew it up then drove off.

[PH]JohnJohnYoutuber Will be punished for Exploding innocent's personal vehicles and firing towards non threats as for the not ticketing for purpose making you reach 2 stars there's no sufficient evidence for it as from what I've seen from your actions you did not get off your car when he asked you to pull over.
