Details      Had no prior interactions with him as I joined the server ~8 minutes before the incident took place, went to ammu to get armor (he was also in ammu but he was innocent so I was not a threat to him) and after getting armor he starts shooting me and later admits in chat that he did cophunt.

I don't understand why would you wait 12 days to report someone, but regardless, the claim of ramming seems like an excuse and damien barely moved it, especially considering corpse didn't realize it until now. Punishments will be issued.
