It's really bad bug. and is not from Packet Loss, I have good internet.

no im not that kind of person..

CPU, RAM, if possible a mid-end GPU. these issues won't happen if u upgrade ur PC.

you saw in the video that before u fell off, there was a huge FPS drop? it happened because of the low-end CPU you have. Either upgrade your PC or play at the lowest resolution. Also Bandicam takes more FPS than Xbox Gamebar.

If you have Windows 10, then use Xbox Gamebar. No FPS loss at all.

Yes delay on loading the objects can be a problem with the system speed other than the connection.
The problem has occured by slow device; If you can, Upgrade the CPU or/and the RAM or update the drivers if they are not very low.

For your Kind information,
PC/System Specs has nothing to do with this bug, that area is sometimes broken and the bug is most likely caused by pl (delay in connection).
From the clip provided above even a blind person could tell that his pc is capable enough of running samp at least.

Ram and cpu are responsible for loading objects as well.. I experienced this a lot in my old laptop, Doesn't happen to me much now

from a 2019 mcnr player id never expect this IQ.

bro never seen more than 30 fps in high res and high settings.

pretty sure he thinks that the map is also downloaded each time we connect to mcnr. good "kind information"

it's common, but for some new computer users, it will be uncommon. On the other hand, a player named xev playing samp 24/7 from 2019 still doesn't know it is unbelievable.

ignore what patchy said as its not pc related, when entering interiors hold click on ESC and stay in main menu few seconds
