Details:
          1: He was doing 2 shots (Switching Weapon for faster reload) which isn't allowed.
          2:We were waiting for bank to open he came and started shooting at me.He said that i killed him,Yea it's true i killed him near Flint County because he was most wanted so he was killing me for revenge(Which isn't allowed according to PickleAlpha).Finally he killed me and v3nom killed him.I spawned at all saints hospital same place where Egy spawned.Again he killed me for no reason.

1. According the rules you need to play the game that is meant to be played, so no bugs. Player will be punished for this.
2. Killing someone for revenge is fine, but it doesn't need to be a long war between each other, and that is what he is doing. Also will be punished for this.
