Why was this ban/infraction wrongfully issued?	Thenu_c is not my account. It is my brothers account. Fyi my pc was broken and could not respond to the previous appeal. Sorry for the annoyance.
What was the situation which lead to this wrongful ban/infraction? What was happening?	No idea.
