According to the admin online at that time, you said you shot/killed him by mistake as if he was low on health and fleeing away from you in a vehicle or something which isn't true ofcourse. Plus, there is not one non-threat suspect you shot/killed there are two right there in the video above, you should've killed them both if one of them didn't ran away in time. I think admin/staff might wanna reconsider their decision.
