Their in-game name: There is so much names on these photos.
Details: I was trying to play in peace like always we do here, but, this morning, these players were killing server with their spawn kill, cop chase, and etc...

Even action logs are often not enough to prove rdm/cophunt, usually proper video evidence is needed. There are many situations that don't show in action logs.
