1) cars should take more damage, it's ridiculous how it takes more than two m4 clips to destroy a car even without double armour. I suggest x3 damage on cars, because this is how singleplayer and other samp servers work by default – vehicles take 3x more damage than players – and no one ever complained about cars being destroyed too fast. These are cars, not military vehicle machines.
2) only light weapons allowed to shoot through window. UZI, tec9, mp5, deagle, 9mm, SDpistol. IRL it's impossible to hold an m4 in one hand and shoot it, and in the game it makes DB too much OP considering sitting in a car makes you shoot without recoil and hitbox limited to only head.

Perhaps, your suggestion might be improbable for approval purposes, since majority would be after the customized damage system, but they have no clue of the majority cons for it.

The only reason I would protest towards your refusal, is to at least make a vehicle armor feature available as permanency, so that every time your car goes down to below than 1000 hp, you could just repair it instead of buying a new one since it costs too much.

But, even if that, what else do you see fun in this server other than drivebys? It's absurd to me.

Yes, removing headshots and increasing damage taken by cars will be sufficient to make drive by less op

Damage is fine the way it is, since there are mostly sedan gangs shooting a car and you need a chance to try to escape or reunite with your own gang.

So, all this gangbanging trash can't do a shit without cars? And anyway, players without gangs should be also taken into account, they are not minority and deserve a chance to stand with skill, not always running from OP drive byers.

Because you don't want to abandon all your objectives and focus on gathering gang and roaming in a city pointlessly and fighting other drive byers, for me this is just boring and not profitable
