Procedure to replicate: Enter is stadium> use  /end > Enter stadium again without cooldown

There is a 1 minute cooldown until you can re-enter the stadium, however apart from that you have unlimited attempts to collect all the orbs.

Issue	There is no cooldown after starting another Kickstart event
Description	Use /gps > Kickstart and go to the stadium. Then start the event and type /end and quickly go re-enter again. You are able to start it again without cooldown.
