There was an issue introduced in update 1.5 whereby whenever a vehicle was purchased from a dealership, the player would be charged but the vehicle would fail to become owned by the player. This has since been fixed, and all affected players will receive an automatic refund when the next update goes live. I have also added measures to prevent similar issues from occuring in the future.
