add more cause of 1 star crims

We all know 1 star crims happened because of stealing car  , hit and run , and passing on PD parking. so.. im here to suggest for add 2 points of this:

you will be 1 star(yellow) if polise saw you when :

1. Driving on high speed like above 100kmh or more
2. Hit and run other player vehicles or cop vehicle

ik tht would be crazy but why not?

Some people don't have speeds to know if it's 100kmh or not. I don't think so

Unfortunately, SA-MP doesnt really tell if u damaged others vehicles by ramming, u can even ram them without a single touch by pausing ur game while moving. So sadly won't work

Ramming other vehicles on SA-MP is hilariously chaotic in my opinion. It is completely out of sync 0.39 seconds and it's almost impossible to predict where the other player's vehicle actually is (also the ping is a very big factor).

I will have to go with a no on the speedometer ticket. I like to go f a s t.

ok.. you guys explain of the point 2 are not so good and maybe in my opinion the point 2 are hard to program and will have many bugs . like the victim who get rammed , will got 1 stars too. So.. lets move on the point 1 only

I don't really support the first point because that'll be annoying as heck to just drive around and suddenly you getting wanted level.
