What was the situation which lead to this wrongful ban/infraction? What was happening?	3 cops [wT]Dimitar, [HC]AndyDope and his crewmate, were chasing me. I drove from LS to SF and when i saw that the evading is started, i just quit the game /q.

q2a means dodging the situations or you can say that avoiding the fight to death or chase to death like scenario's (you were aware of the chase).
