admin banned me again from public service

Yesterday i attacked only one orange players but he is not non-threat.i need proof,why admin banned me again from public service

Regarding to the above link ..so i have the screenshot of /coprules and it clearly shows killing is threat and attemting to kill a cop is threat ./coprules is posted below and his actions were shown by himself too take a look at coprules and the video before before punishing cuz of a friend made a complaint

For your Information The last crime he did was 2 days ago..... And also if he was a threat in the last 5 mins The cops can kill him If the 5 mins passes You cannot kill him Not like "Yeah he was a threat lets kill" Meanwhile the last crime he did was like 2 days ago Atleast check the time of the last crime he did. IMO Check Crimes and the Time of the crime he did in the last 5 mins before engage.

then why this didn't mentioned in /coprules? i can follow if u mentioned in rules section.that is not my mistake,admin will must undo my pso.
