Resell players property of they not play game more than 1 month

I think players property should be re sell by game automatically if players not active in game for 1 month or as decided by developers.
There r many houses which I want to buy but their owner S not active.

not applicable for banned players ofc how they checkin their houses if they r banned

um yeah 14 days are gud to go they should have reset like the price they buy the money they get in their accounts.

Nope, if you not enter house in 15 days, you lose house and money(or refund 50 percent) but this money is added to server lottery pot.

No sense about this, it takes 1 month to get necessary Money for buying an house.
Maybe if a player dont login in-game for 6months then their property will be re-selled at 75% of value.

Delete property owner is already a thing since a long time, If the player doesn't join the server for 28 days he automatically loses all his owned properties.

I don't get this suggestion. This is already a thing. The problem is it's only checked on server restart. That will be changing.
