make /house command

It's very strange in this server the command /house or /houses doens't exist…

My suggestion it's make this command for know the state of your houses.

For example:
-Last player house visit.
-Your own houses list.
-Clean or dirty houses.
-/GPS "name house" Distance.
-Vehicles saved in houses.

/properties exists, but I'll make /house(s) redirect to it and maybe add more info.
