Account Reseted When i came after long time

Hello my in game name is ardern_risky and i have came in the server after long time i saw that i came in game my things all gone level gone and everything can u tell me what happened this also happened to my brother dasme and i also got banned for 6 months before of nowhere i didnt do anything wrong my brother also got banned for 6 months didnt know why but please reply here asap i will give you any detail if ya want and i contacted in email in email they said that go there and create forum other staff will help

Was your account registered with a password? Inactive accounts without a password get cleared up.

It is possible your account was deleted if you were multi-accounting. Was this perhaps the case? Admins can check on this.

If you are/were banned, you'll need to appeal in the appeal section.

I was playing from like 2-3 months in that server but after that i got banned for 6 months i dont even hacked or didnt even multi account u can ask other players in the server they know me now i cam ehere after ban i could not appeal because just i thought that there was problem in the server and i also was thinking to take break

So after looking into all possible accounts, you could have on the server, the one you're active on currently Ardern_Risky I've found that although you joined the server over 4 months ago you never registered your account.  So your account has either been reset in a purge (hence the loss of score) I cannot see when you were on prior to this, but in-active account, plus if you were banned (No bans attached to your username/s are being displayed).

Your account was only registered 2 days ago.

Hello i Found my real account username its Arden_risky it have 90 + level and it have 1 month ban cuz i came after 5 months and please check this username in ur database and i have play on the server with other id because i like the server please please give me another chance pleaseee give my id Arden_risky just one chance if i do anything wrong ban again please i love this server i want to play please admin :( and i am soooooooo sorry that i have done

Oh well, he miss spelled his account name that's why it shown him the account was new.... and got banned for ban evasion when he remembered his account name, lmao
