Tazers should be more powerful

First of all, many newbie cops start their journey by killing unarmed and getting PSOs and also jail... They need to know that /tazer command or N by (1) some notifications... [Intro]

Okay, now in order to prevent unarmed kills the tazer should be more powerful by these...

1. A tazer's range should be a shouting range... Cuz many of us have high ping issues so it makes the message "OUT OF RANGE" to appear. (remember it they have a poor skill too so they can't move fast)

2. We can taze a yellow or 1-star suspect as everyone knows that we will call our personal vehicle and run away from that cop. (it's so annoying to cops as they can't do anything. If did anything like taking him out from the vehicle... a new topic will start by the suspect if he does /report)

3. If we hit a suspect (that's in a vehicle) he will fall from that bike or if he is in a car he can't control his player (movement buttons) for 5 seconds.

4. Ability to turning off the engine by firing on a vehicle for 7 seconds (1 hit) and if the suspect is in a chopper then 3 shots if he's in a plane then 5/6 shots to turning their engine off for 7 seconds.

5. also a little one, increase the storage of tazer's ammo as many peeps miss their shot (me) and start shooting unarmed.

I told all of these in order to increase the tazer usage by cops not killing only. I'm wondering if it's implemented in the next update...

I usually support cop suggestions, but I have many doubts regarding yours:

I think the current range is good enough; increasing the range would make it too easy.
It could be considered a good idea to take the cop's ping into account and increasing the range based on it, but since it's easy to fake a high ping (using the ping amplifier), it would be easily abused.

I agree with tazing yellows and even innocents, but ONLY if they are posing a threat or potential threat. I don't agree in tazing them to avoid them running.
However, I do agree that the tazer should work on everyone except cops.

Only on a bike (or quad). Also 5 seconds is way too much.

I don't agree. It makes no sense.

Tazers range should be increased, even when close to them you can still miss, unless they have a chance of not tazing you, which I don't think I heard anything about. Fix the Tazer range, and the cops will have a balance with criminals on the server.
