Pretty lousy run for CJHouse%

Major improvements you can do:

-Move the car to a better spot
-Loot using the fastest possible route
-Pick the items up faster
-Stop pressing TAB every few seconds

This run could easily be beaten, even by 30 seconds or so.

This isn't a proper speedrun, you needed to start counting as soon as you stomped the door down and you'd finish it once you reached the hideout (in which normally stays away 3.3km ~ more or less in general).
