Property reset

I suggest having property reset on players that aren't active on the server which like didn't come online for months. Because lot of properties I've seen are owned by someone who didn't come online anymore.
I've experience this kind of script before back in other server. It's like when you approaching to the property's red marker, you can see last online for owner of the property, and players can ask admin to reset it as if the owner didn't come online for 6 months or something. Though this is just a little suggestion from me, because this script might be not demanded that much, but I do think some of the players wanted to buy property but most of them got occupied by some inactive players.

+1 haven't checked much houses, but few owned by people i never saw online in this days, anyway i think a small amount of time to lose them is weird, i agree the thing about inactive accounts for several weeks.

I had a property at bayside, it got reset and I was very sad, that script is evil

+1 but would have to be careful about what's considered "an acceptable time of inactivity". Would make more sense to call inactivity 1month+ of not playing..

Well it should be added but the system should be like , if Player A didnt was unable to join for some weeks or months his house should be sold to bank in a low price by the system and the cash should be transfered to the players account, this type of thing will basically prevent players from high wealth loses..

You have to visit in order to keep or just join for few minutes ? Asking because sometimes i don't visit my houses for weeks even if i'm active.

Yeah I removed the part where not visiting a property would cause it to be sold but inactivity in general still results in properties being sold.
