NEW
Added a system to combat public service players (cops, medics and firefighters) abusing their position to commit crimes and attack other players.
Using a tiered punishment system, players will be warned, deducted XP, demoted one rank, demoted all the way to rank 1, dismissed from their job
and then banned from being a public serviceman for a week.

CHANGES
- Cooperative jail break-out animation now loops.

FIXES
- Fix bail auto-release when bail is zero
- Fix bank rob hideout checkpoint persisting
- Removed bank vault guard invisible wall
- Fixed an issue where if a player died while a personal vehicle was being retrieved/deliveredcthey would never be able to request a vehicle again.
- Fixed players keeping temporary mission skin after mission e.g. Securicar guard or Trashmaster worker.
- Fixed players having all their weapons in the shooting range.
- Fixed players losing all their weapons in the shooting range.
- Fixed players not gaining health when eating food items (was increasing health TO a value, not BY a value - e.g. set health to 20 not increase by 20).
- Removed invisible wall behind bank vault guard that was intended to stop players from entering the vault before taking down the guard, as in some rare cases the guard NPC would be positioned behind this wall and be unable to be shot.
Players walking past the guard before taking him down will now die instantly.
- Fixed persisting bank robbery hideout checkpoints after a player left the server, died or got arrested.
- Fixed players not being automatically released from jail when their sentence reached zero.
- Fixed issue with players not being placed into the correctly identified least crowded jail cell. This fixes an issue where you could not revive a player in the same cell as it said you weren't in the same cell.
- Fixed players being able to revive a player on the other side of jail.
- Fixed issues with cooperative jail break-out not cancelling properly when needed (e.g. player left/died/arrested).
- Fixed jail 'soap' textdraw missing, causing other textdraws (notably the black screen fade box) to get destroyed.
- Fixed issue where a player could be breaking multiple people out of jail at the same time.
- Fixed issue where players could provide services to players on the other side of jail bars.
- Fixed players being put into the wrong jail cell after city transition.
- /wank animation no longer possible in a vehicle.
- Fixed cops being able to cuff yellow (ticketable) suspects.
- Fixed an issue where a player could enter a Dealership test drive vehicle that they had not yet unlocked.
- Fixed Decathlon vehicle yellow map icons persisting after event.
- Fixed players being 'ejected from the bank at closing time' even though they were not in the bank (any interior).
- Fixed players being able to rob other players while being arrested.
- Fixed being able to offer service to a player that also provides that service (e.g. prostitute providing prostitute services to another prostitute).
- Fixed bug with dialog early-close prevention script that meant a dialog could be re-shown after it was responded to after the timer was gone.
- Fixed players keeping bank robbery cash bag on their back after death.
- Fixed bank robbery instruction subtitles remaining after death/arrest.
- Cancelling new job skin selection will no longer respawn the player at their previous job.
- Fixed 'No longer on duty as a Civilian' message when going on duty as a job.
