Change character sex at hospital?

I think it could be an additional feature that wouldn't hurt at all to include at the hospital NPC. For a certain price in-game, you could change your character's sex. (Meaning you can now select different skins and whatnot).

Edit: Nevermind, delete this post, I realised you can already do that at the clothing store.

How do you propose we implement this "changing sex at hospital feature" exactly? Because as far as I know the ONLY thing related to gender here is your SKIN which is OBVIOUSLY CHANGED IN THE CLOTHING STORE??!

Let's say we implement this and you changed your gender at the hospital from male to female, wouldn't you then have to choose an appropriate skin for your gender? Which would take you to the skin menu which is a clothing store feature
