buying medkits from pd costs cheaper even it says 2850$ for 3 medkits

- What happened? If you are a cop and run out of medkits and u buy 3 from pd it gonna cost u 950$ instead of 2850$ even the menu dialog says it costs 2850$, didn't try to get 2, and believe it gonna cost the same

just notice that its in every quantity dialog menu
when u put for example 2 or more it gonna take the price of only one item even it says that it costs more

Issue	The purchasing menu is bugged when you buy 5 flare, it cost will be of one flare only
Description	In the purchasing menu where you buy things more then one, like you buy 3 meds it will cost $2850 but when you press ok/purchase, you bank account or will reduce only 950 , same for all other things
