Buff mechanic job!

Suggestion: Give a decent money making potential to the mechanic job, it's hard to get calls for it already and it gives ZERO DOLLARS!!! per service, and it receives 0 for the payday also, neither i got xp for it, it felt like an underwhelming experience, even though it's an useful and necessary job in the service like the medic.

This should be in bug reports, the fact that Mechanics aren't getting cash and score. I'll fix this for the next update.

Mechanics not getting cash or score is fixed for the next update. They will get the cash from when services are accepted and also on payday.
