No sir, i don’t think you understand patience and kindness . Don’t insult me when I am trying to help you. He told you to wait did he not? Moody is a busy man. If you want to DM another manger(s) you can. As said before, do not spam. Let alone, your appeal here is incorrect (format wise).Instead of being rude, understand that someone is here to at least help you until your situation is resolved.

I don't think I'm obligated to wait forever for something which should've been resolved 2 weeks ago, +I don't feel comfy going into Moody's dms constantly and asking "sir pls unban", just wanted to make a post so more staff will see (I don't really have contact to other staff members) and It gets solved quicker, simple as that.

Why was this ban/infraction wrongfully issued?	I did not share any account with stfqc, and I did not evade any ban because I wasn't banned in the first place
What was the situation which lead to this wrongful ban/infraction? What was happening?	So here's the thing: the whole issue started because of this account, [DeM]Erica. Honestly, I didn't know who Erica was. I knew that Erica was in my crew and had been accepted by Optimus, but despite being in the crew, I had no idea who Erica was. A few days later, I found out Erica was hacking, so I kicked Erica out of the crew the very next day. A few days after kicking Erica, I found out that the account was with [CARTEL]_Venom, who is my friend. Even though he's my friend, I had no idea that he had the account. Anyway, one day Venom gave me the login password for the [DeM]Erica account and asked me to check if the account was present on the forums. If it wasn't, he asked me to create one. I had no idea my ID was being tracked when I used the forums, and I was also in the game at the same time. I didn't know that the [DeM]Erica account, now associated with [CARTEL]_Venom, had been changed to Realize. I was playing duels with the guy name Realize  at that time, and everyone knows that I help newbies. As soon as I logged into the forum account, I got permanently banned 15 minutes later, with the reason being "account trading with sqtfc." The thing is, I've had beef with this person before and still do, so why would I share my account with someone like that? I know my mistake was logging into that forum account, and I realize my mistake./td]

I am being honest in this appeal and have admitted to my mistakes where I was at fault [10:33 AM] this is correct

@Mike Its been a while, and this guy is abusing this as fuck on an average 100 times a day. So what he does now is that he camps inside houses where he set his friend in a position away from door while he sprays that extinguisher as soon as someone enters his house. Again with this combo he manages to by pass the spawn protection system and people immediately start loosing their health after entering an interior when shot by someone.

He is able to stun anyone as long as he wants and there's no escape from that as shown in the video below.

I request you to disallow the use of extinguisher effective immediately until its nerfed.

He more or less did admit it since I asked him in-game two times and received these two answers. If this is not enough for you, then you can see that hee didn't bother to reply to the complaint (it's been 2 days+) to defend himself in anyway whatsoever.

Shup up freak, you're not in command and you will never be. I will tell you whatever I wish to, if you had even 1 braincell, you'd know this report is going to trash anyway since even if he was not my friend, there are no rules specifically saying how and when to protect a friend. I can literally kill you every time I see you attacking someone and claim that he was my friend.

Just like there's that feature of Extinguisher which you abuse a lot by saying its allowed, then so is protecting a friend, and in your case everyone is my friend so suck my dick again.

Here's the proof that I did not only protected my friend from niovie but from other people as well.

As for being rude by saying "Suck my dick", we literally have a feature in game set by mike that allows players to suck each other's dick so I don't see how is that rude to say but not rude to actually do it LMAO.
