I am hereby officially stating that I will no longer be part of Killed on Sight crew for good. It was fun while it lasted but I've seen for the past weeks a number of decreasing K.o.S. members online as well as based arguments of some suggestions I have had put to the table of the Leaders. I love all the members, I loved the fact that I've done so many friendships over here except Mazen and that is what I loved the most while being part of the crew overall.
I am still around of course and you can reach out to me to hang out or something, I'm up to have a nice time. This is my final message, goodbye.

What a fantastic job made by Fudgie, he really deserves the adjective before his name! It looks stunning and overwhelmingly organized, given the fact that it is taken from an actual company from GTA: San Andreas. This is so clean, I really love it. Thanks, Majestic!

After discussing with the whole K.o.S. team we have reached the conclusion that we find you not suitable to enter our crew due to recent infractions that you have been issued to. You may re-apply after one week counting from this post's date and time — although I advise you to take more time to behave and follow the rules since you've violated one server rule in specific (number 5) which is exploiting bugs or glitches in GTA, SA-MP or MCNR (Sawn-off 2-shot).

In other servers the packetloss is equal, you just didn't notice it closely — if your packetloss is high in MCNR, then it is high on other servers as well. I know this because I've tried it and I've experienced such bad connection.
GtaFreak has explained it well up above, the packetloss is high when the WiFi connection is receiving some irregularities caused by your ISP.
