if someone bump into a police car he will be a yellow card criminal like the real game
because if i tried to chase a criminal and i was about to catch him his innocent friend will try to bump into my car to stop me and i cant do something to him and maybe he can kill also inside my car by making my car explode

what about making a terrosim team for doing missions such as exploding building or gas station it will be useful also for making more players work as firefighters and paradimic this jobs who noone working
and also make the terriost team making a plan before making a mission and make a goal for them

if a yellow card criminal asked for a ticket he will just have 9 second to respond if he kept ignoring and trying to escape after 9 seconds he will turned to a orange card criminal because in the currently rule the criminal have a big opportunity to take out the cop quickly
