Ban or infraction appeal?	I am appealing this ban due to it being false, of course. If it wasn't, I wouldn't appeal. I'm currently at my cousin's, and the internet is rather garbage sometimes, and this day particularly my packet loss and ping decided to go insane. Packet loss decided to zoom, and while being lagged out I saw some glitched out guys in an Infernus, and as a joke, expecting to get kicked for packetloss like every other time, carjacked them while being lagged out. While driving the Infernus around, the internet normalized and I was driving around in a car with some random guy. This, on someone else's end, looked like that car simply teleporting away, and to the passenger, it looked like I teleported inside the car and away from where they were. Shortly after, I was banned.
Date and time of ban/infraction including timezone	Around 7:00 PM Central European Summer Time (GMT+2), on 3/27/2021.
Ban/infraction reason and details	Vehicle hacks, hacks.
Why was this ban/infraction wrongfully issued?	All written above.
What was the situation which lead to this wrongful ban/infraction? What was happening?	All written above.
Any witnesses that can vouch for you?	None, except the admin that banned me could've seen that my internet died.
Any more information to provide?	I am playing in the same room as my cousin right now, we're playing on seperate computers, but on the same internet (therefore same IP address). My account, "Cameron", and my cousin's, "benjaminn" have both been banned due to being on the same IP address. Both accounts have the same ban ID for some reason, but I will attach below pics of both our computers. (Reverse image search both if you wish)

Fixed Bugs / Vehicle request spawns in LSPD compound

Issue: After requesting my private vehicle in front of the LSPD, it spawned inside the LSPD compound. When you go inside the compound to retrieve your car, you obtain a 1 star wanted level.
Reoccurring? Yes, every time
Steps: Just request a private vehicle in front of LSPD
Date and time: 26.3.2020 not sure of the exact time
No special circumstances

Fixed Bugs / Ammunation skill progress not saving

What happened?: After spending 10-15 minutes "sharpening" my ingame weapon skills in Ammunation, I left the game for a few hours. Upon returning, I discovered that all of my weapon skills are back to zero. (i was an on-duty police officer.)
This is the second time it has happened, the first I did not report. Not sure if other people have been experiencing it.
Date and Time: 26.3.2020 ~~19:00
Steps to reproduce the issue: Train Deagle and Micro SMG/Tec9 at Ammunation from 0 skill, as a Police Officer.

No screenshots, as I didn't screenshot my skills after training and there's no point in screenshotting my weapon skills. (which are currently zero.)
