hi my game name is xXxJACOBxXx and my old name was JUTT . i want to get my 4 infractions points removed because my brother created an account to play. he does not know that creating multiple account on same PC is against rules. so it was created by mistake. i want to remove 4 infractions point so i can continue playing. it my humble request PLEASE
