I wish I could go back and not hit the damn tree! Still awesome to ramp over a semi on the LS-LV highway. It's like a one in a lifetime type experience haha

Not at all. I never arrested or killed him before.

Details		I spawned at the LVPD and I was running to the entrance of the police station when I get DM'ED by bubakush.1337. My intentions were to go inside and get weapons and armour. I never engaged him previously either. He had no reason to shoot me other than I was a cop infront of the LVPD.

My Beagle Crashed And it was Destroyed So How would I get in the beagle? Also, Does the /Actions Say I entered the beagle after I exited it?

Regardless of the Beagle being there or not, I definitely saw it on my screen though. We killed you right before you were even able to enter the Beagle. You were still running away on foot on the roof top. We had zero access to the roof. We couldn't use tasers. It should be the same concept to the additional rule "to avoid a never-ending stand-off."

You can punch people when you are cuffed

Okay whatever. I took it as he wasn't cuffed anymore.

It should probably be added as a server rule to where suspects can't punch after cuffed.

If he was cuffed then how was he able to punch me? The logic here doesn't make sense.

I shouldn't had been admin jailed because I tazed and attempted to arrest Outlaw.1337. Outlaw broke out of cuffs.

I remember this scenario. Gamers1412 was on-top of the roof aiding Outlaw.1337. Outlaw.1337. was shooting at us and I believe [KG]Not5kgGaming took out Outlaw.1337. Then Gamers1412 took off running towards his Beagle and we did not have roof access as we were on the LS-LV highway. We sniped Gamers1412 who was still located on top of a roof before he was able to get back inside his Beagle to fly away. This should fall in the same category as "Cops are authorized to take down arrestable suspects (orange/red) in water or aircraft to avoid a never-ending stand-off." If I had the full capability and opportunity to tase Gamers1412 I would had just like every other orange suspect I encounter. I don't just shoot any orange suspect.

I double pressed N and almost had you arrested, but again you broke out of the arrest. You kept attacking me while cuffed and was continuously punching me while I was on the ground. You were combative and non-compliant. We applied Less-than-lethal force but it failed. You became red/most wanted so we decided lethal force was necessary and appropriate, especially for self-defense. It wasn't like you were standing still or running on foot while cuffed. You were physically attacking me and Officer Sparta arrived on scene and saved my life. When I got off the ground was whenever I took out my lethal weapon and fired at you as you were trying to punch me still.

Details		An admin jailed me for shooting a suspect while cuffed. I tased the suspect and the suspect broke out of cuffs while attacking me. He then became most wanted and was continuously attacking me. I attempted to arrest the suspect. I then switched to my lethal weapon since taser was not effective on Outlaw.1337 (55) since he was running on foot and was red/most wanted. I shot and killed Outlaw.1337 since he was red/wanted. The admin later jailed me since I killed him while cuffed. Due to less-than-lethal force failing, I had no choice but to shoot Outlaw.1337 (51). The admin didn't see what happened and took Outlaw report and jailed me without question. Due to the totality of circumstances, I applied all use of force as reasonable and necessary as I attempted to tase and arrest. Outlaw then became most wanted after he attacked me and I applied lethal force. I do not have video evidence, but the pictures below show the actions. It shows I tased the suspect, and I attempted to make an arrest. The player attacked me, became most wanted/red, and SPARTA and I applied lethal force.

Your in-game name TinMan Their in-game name Unknown Date & Time of incident (UTC) 06/03/2022 and 4:03:57pm DETAILS An admin accused me of attacking non-threat suspect and I was placed in jail by an admin. The admin further stated in a message to not attack non-threat suspects and only if they have posed a threat within 5 minutes, for which I agree. I asked the admin which suspect and the admin did not reply back. The admin never identified themselves either. The last suspect I was chasing on foot was TonyMontana666 (43) in front of the Market Hospital. He was an orange suspect. I tased the suspect and attempted to cuff. Tony broke out of cuffs and the suspect ran through the back alley of the hospital and entered a business. I never once shot a gun at Tony exception to my taser. As soon as I entered the interior, I was killed and placed inside jail by an admin. The previous suspect to TonyMontana666 approximately three minutes was Crazy_Jackson (83) who was an orange suspect. I chased Crazy_Jackson down the LS-LV Highway from the Mulholland Intersection as I was flying a Shamal. I utilized a the pursuit intervention technique on Jackson's car. The PIT was successful causing his vehicle to crash into the river. I opened fire on the vehicle and then he was swimming in the river away from me. That is when I took out my sniper and killed him to avoid a never-ending stand-off. Not once did I shoot an un-armed suspect. The chat logs below show that I had tased TonyMontana666 and attempted to arrest. The admin abused his powers and never specified which suspect I shot unarmed.
