Why was this ban/infraction wrongfully issued?	It was not wrongfully issued
What was the situation which lead to this wrongful ban/infraction? What was happening?	There were or are this rule that says that red can kill red, but no random DM which made no sense to me! Me and my friends were robbing and enjoying the game until two guys started killing us, at first i wasn't using aimbot but they got overbearing, each time i killed them, they kept coming back, they started coming in vehicles and drive-by, i remember one name was Elvis i think...they were also abusing the GTA BuG which is the QE with sawn off, that stuns your character and it was very annoying so i quit for a second to download and install the aimbot.cs and rejoin and recklessly used it

Any more information to provide?	I acted out of anger which was very dumb, time have passed I'm no long working I'm home bored and wanna continue playing. I must say that it was a dumb doing there was also a guy who tried letting me to explain why I did it but due to frustration I was in denial about using it, so I'm owning wat happened so i can hopefully be unbanned and continue to play

Why was this ban/infraction wrongfully issued?	because we moved out and is now using my neighbor's Wi-Fi + i was recently banned for aimbot
What was the situation which lead to this wrongful ban/infraction? What was happening?	No idea
Any witnesses that can vouch for you?	My GF geminibaby

I don't understand how the video shows me hacking, what i see happening.... is what happens when people kill me, the tracers going behind the person... the last video is the only video i see looks different than others when the bullet tracer followed the other dude but It surely wasn't me cheating.

Why was this ban/infraction wrongfully issued?	Because i wasn't even aimbot
What was the situation which lead to this wrongful ban/infraction? What was happening?	Eddz said i was reported countless times for aimbot
Any witnesses that can vouch for you?	Geminibaby + Treeko + Lyricist
Any more information to provide?	This is the second time being banned for aimbot, first time i was banned while typing by M3 something... then they unbanned me. I am 20yrs of age I know right from wrong and I know I would be banned for something that i was banned for being accused of once, Why would I even use it, I been enjoying the server for a long while now, I haven't get bored of it so why would i even hack... it's basically the only server i play in my samp list.. others are dead samp servers!! And truthfully speaking i did not use aim assist... i got 3 people that can vouch for me.... main two being Lyricist and Geminibaby and secondary is Treeko as he usually watch me play when Geminibaby is using his pc or sometimes my pc!! Am tired of being banned for this... is it wrong to be better than some people at shooting or something? or some people thinks no-one should be better than them at shooting?
