i was the Guy who tazed and cuffed this guy , i was arresting him and arrest was near , then those 2 guys whom were watching situation began shooting at him
he was non threat
i also did /report too
i can not open video . but these 2 guys did same thing to my cuffed suspect and i think that this post post belongs to that situation

i approved that , i tazed the suspect , but the others keep on shooting on non threat target , i told in chat too that it was Non Threat killing

Hi
I think that a server which want to have more active players Should remove Ban punishment for Non Cheats and Non Bug exploit Crimes . DM and Cop Hunting and Citizen . Non threat and unarmed ppl killing should not have ban punishment
I never get ban for this issues . But i think that we can replace Ban with Long Jail !
After Warnings in place of Ban . Jail that Guy for a long Time . E.g : 2 Hours . 4 Hours . 5 Hours !!! Then Code somehing to avoid Him do afk . And whenever that Guy did not move for 1 min for example . Automaticly marked as afk and his jail time stop
Also you can set a rule for chicken running and ban everyone who do this . ( do anything with keyboard to run . E.g stuck in W buttom so he will avoid being afk . One time per 2 hour an admin can check the jail and ban the guy .
By Banning For Non cheat action this server will lose players but by long jail you will keep them as you punish them . You learn them avoid breaking rule and keep on playing here

with respect i suggest a simple change in Ban evade Alarm to admins !
according to restrictions of Iran and other east Countries , So many ppl who love this server should use VPN to Play and When they come online , admins Got Ban evade alarm and theu will ban them without checking other elements (( or auto ban system will ban ))
I Suggest that People with less than 24 Hour time played in server or the Player who got less than 40 lvl (( for example )) got ban or alarm for online admins for ban evade !
anyway Ban evader will be detect in 24 hours time play or when they play too much on server so ban evaders will be detected easily and innocent people never get banned for using vpn to play the server , they suffer high ping penalty to play on this server
and Wrong range bans will occur less
I Was NGRP admin and we got a system like this , most of big samp servers use this way , specially the ones which their host restricted some countries
as you can check GTA V , LOL . DOTA , STEAM at all , COD And so many other official servers never ban , ban evaders or they use this way for banning .
or a simple change in ban evade system can be so good too , for example system check System Info too before alarm or auto ban

I got a ban evade and it takes more than one week to prove that i am innocent , after 2 denied appeal , when stuff saw that so many guys where banned by this reason they found out it is wrong range ban , I Think that the server will lose so many players by this way

all of us banned for the same reason . i did not get the reply on my denied appeal but as i read on other appeal , one admin think that we are all the same guy :/
dear Stuff you can check my IP in Forum and check my system IP , mac IP . IPV4 IPV6 . I am not same guy with them in forum and in game , , i have no other account
Iran restricted on new IP of the server and i used a VPN to connect and i had a chat with mike ON discord before using Any vpn and entering the game and a So many Hours before ban happen !
I Swear that i only have One account in game and in forum and i reach lvl 63+ and 500k money hardly and legal

 Hi . i swear that i joined whole samp 1 week ago and i began play your server for the first time , I Used a Good Vpn service today because Server Host blocked Iran and some east countries (( this new Host due to Ip change recently )) . I never have another account , I am a 23 years old guy and i hate cheating , if i wanted to cheat or it was ban evade i never play 25 hours , it was just same ip with another as* ho*le guy i think
proof:
my Proof is my chatting in discord with Mike ( i think that he is server owner )) that long time before ban occure  i told him that i will use vpn because your server restricted iran , but he tell me that your Government did that . in the end trust me , i only have one name and i never download cheats in my life ,
another proof is my Game time played : if you check that you see that i have 25 hour time play without ban evade , and today for country restriction i used vpn otherwise your system should alarm that in that 25 hours ban , please do not ban for a simple alarm , first check the guy and its time play and stats then ban plz ,
