Invalid Bugs / Securicar despawns while going to hideout

Details :
I opened the map to see how far the hideout is and then seconds later after I unpause, the vehicle despawns.
Packet loss was 0.10% when I checked and ping 195.

Did you press any buttons after your closed the players' list (by using TAB) and before the encounter you had with the bribe bug?

Nope. I just opened the player list, scrolled down and up before closing it again using TAB.

 WT has been a huge support to me starting from the time I joined this server. You guys taught me the basics, rules and gave financial aid multiple times. Thank you for all of that. It's really disappointing to see you guys leave like this but I am sure you have your reasons and you would have thought a lot about it. Good luck and I hope to see you guys online sometime soon.

 Speaking of mods, I only have crashes.asi and sensfix.asi. GTA version is v1.00.

I was a passenger in the car and all of a sudden I spawned inside a shop in creek mall. In the chat it says "Hit an oil slick".
[69]HITMAN has also reported being teleported to an interior after hitting an oil slick but in his case it was a restaurant he spawned in.

I spawned in jail after being killed by a group of cops and I was simply talking in the chat waiting for my jail time to be over when all of a sudden a cop accepts a 2k bribe which i never offered to him.

I guess we were trying to get you on-foot by destroying your vehicle. If I made any mistake by doing so then I accept my punishment.

Details		I was low HP so I went to the hospital to get myself healed. [77]Wasaie who was present there at that time shot and killed me while I was going thru the hospital menu even though he has no reason to do so. My actions logs also prove this. I made no contact/interactions with dude since the last time he killed me.

Details		Me and a few other cops went to bank because there was a robbery going on and the suspects ran downstairs into the vault area upon seeing us. However [77]Raptor, who was a civilian at that time kept blocking us from entering the vault area using /handsup animation at the entrance. Cops are not allowed/able to attack innocent/non-threats so this is unfair and clear abuse in my point of view.
