hi . Im here because i saw so many newbie COPS try to jack civ/innocents personal car tht was so ANNOYYING  . and i want to suggest here for cops cannot JACKED civ/innocents car. just like under lvl 5 cops cant enter unmarked police car

if this has benn suggested before im srry

+1 , maybe can give them 2nd chance to do not breaking a rule and even cheating , so if they do tht again they will got banned permanently . Maybe the banned player who love MCNR can involved back , and MCNR will have a many players

yeah u must use (LQ) mods , the mods effect called "overdose effect" and search it for low pc or LQ. maybe you can try overdose 1.3 version thts for low pc and LQ i thought

yeah he lock my head when im running n jumping without miss anybullet , even he use m4 like close range gun (uzi) and always kill ppl with headshot . and maybe ill told my friend reaper204 to rec him to make more proff about tht . wait we ll help u

i have the same problem , im removing spark n gunfire too it didnt work ,  maybe this cause my device MAC using wine(emulator). Its happen on uzi and tec9 its like 5fps , its take effect on other weapon too but not to much drop fps.

And just remove ur effect mod , the skins and Animation doesnt take effect of ur fps when u shoot

nope its grew up again , since th13 update . I have played this again and this game r not rip off . And it will be fun if watching this community attacking on a war clan , donate each other ,thinking attack strategy together and many more . COC are not boring now and league war is coming too on next week

u said its about logic when crims r died then spawn on a jail . simply cops didnt arrest him when hes died . u can see there no dead jailed crims on pd didnt u? the killed crims r cured on hospital with cost 500$ and then got arrested , cuz its to dangerous for let them free around . understand? or did u want suggest for adding hospital scene animation? lol it just waste ur time waiting for released from jail

-1 imagine if this crims r MW and his got chased by all cops , and this crims r  out of activity city . n when he get killed, (if this suggestion happened) the crims r spawning at hospital of activity city tht so frustated for the cops . n nobody will be a cops cuz criminals r still moving around without get jailed .

about u said crims must be spawn at hospital to cure his heal . yeah.. its right but after he cured then the crims must be force jailed , tht realife police system do. same as this server . if u get killed and jailed u Will see " -500$ " its means u already cured at hospital and force jailed.

Details : first im responding to bank reobbery suspect name koongoolabi and when i got him , he was vehicle passanger and vehicle driver was innconet x_HUNTER
            I cant take down the suspect car cuz the vehicle driver was innocent , and also the innocent help the suspect to take down my fbi rancher (driveby)

I think u should remove the version checker , and add (0.3.7) r1-r4 on the server title for make their know the server version , if there has a cheater then let all admins doing their job . patroling(cheater hunter). cuz nobody want to play an empty server (not fun and boring)

and if u want , unbanned all the banned players . make them second chance to dont cheat or make a problem again . and add the server titles (unbanned) or announce it on discord server / forum . I think this make community grew up again as a time before
