What would really be smart is to put dynamic areas around all of the interiors to detect if somebody has fallen through then put them back, but that takes a bit of fiddling around to do.

Even if there was just one set up under the enex at the front door would be sufficient i guess since once the interior is loaded and you are inside you aren't likely to fall out.

You weren't involved in the bank situation and shouldn't have come to aid in revenge no?

It says so right in /dm. "If you are not directly involved in a situation that led to a friend/crewmember/buddy death then you should not be helping them seek revenge"

I was also pointed at first by him while I was getting into my car.

You put right in your post you were helping him take revenge, which is against the rules in /dm.

I spectated to see what was going on and you are standing there holding him hostage and writing in chat like you got some vendetta against him. It was obviously intentional trolling and when I PM'd you you say hi and jail him instantly to try and avoid being caught. If he didn't want to go then you need to arrest him and move on.

I was thinking you do a hacking minigame with arrows to put it on the machine within a certain time, if you take too long the machine blows up and sets off an alarm and gives you a wanted level. If you succeed then I  guess the skimmer would only be good for one use??? but then what is the point, and do we create money out of nowhere or let you steal the victims money? how much do we let you steal? do we give a wanted level or tell people that you skimmed the atm??

Maybe you can 'check' the atm for a skimmer before you use it but also requires a minigame pressing the arrows? ppl might forget or be lazy and take the chance  they could lose a bit of money

Was wondering of ways to make money in bank a little less safe...

maybe we can have card skimmers you can get from hideout or sketchy npcs around that will let you place it on an ATM then if somebody uses it (perhaps without checking it first???) you can steal a portion of their money??? maybe a hacking minigame to go with it????

There has to be some way to mitigate your loss, or to get revenge on the person that put the skimmer on............. but how...

Theres a lot of things in the next update to swing the balance back towards a happy middle ground.

I've implemented Desk Duty for cops if they get killed by a criminal they will respawn at the PD and need to file some reports (only lasts maybe 30seconds to a minute) of pushing a button, they got a little bit of score and money from it.

If needed we could lock their guns away too??? not sure on this, they'd just stand around and wait instead of playing the game and doing  something interactive at least, even if its just mashing a button to make the progress bar go up.

We did implement one in a future update but disabled currently cause we are not quite sure if its a good idea.

maybe an item that blocks /gps and /locate for a period of time? another way to extract cash from economy
