I advise every new player to avoid this crew. They have rich history of hiring cheaters, or people who can't file an application properly. There are better and non-joke options.

We have made mistakes in past but that doesnt means we will keep repeating them, Also most of the aimbotters which were spotted from our crew didnt used aimbot when they joined  they used it after joining how could we avoid that. Also we have a dc server where we talk if we want to add this new player or not.

When you came to bank, there's lot of criminals around but somehow you focused on me. Then a guy tried to dm Devon007 so i had to kill him for a revenge. Then one of his friend came, Muhammed and i saw him he kept ramming me with his car. After that thing happends, i saw you came in as well, but from my perspective, i saw you kept focusing at me along with him who's keep ramming me over multiple times.once i knocked/died, i watch you back if you actually going for him due to he's a criminal. Which i don't believe in my own eyes you just let a criminal who's in your side plus the one who's with you that kept ramming me to death. So i give you 0 infraction point which is ""VERBAL WARNING"" for both side teaming with cops and criminal. If you want to be a fair cop and not to kept getting infraction, then start be a fair cop and do it to everyone else. There would be no excuses from your reason to say "omg i didn't see him in radar, how am i know that he's criminal too???".

I am extremely sorry that i was so biased omg how could i let that guy go . It was not like u were a criminal and i saw u were low so i decided to kill u no no no it was my biasness that i helped that guy go and kill u.And  also i saw u and the other guy killing u cause i have 360 vision i have eyes in the back too . I mean just think just one time think u were a mw i killed u thats it but sorry it was my biasness right oh sorry

Ban/infraction reason and details     So i was at the bank fighting some criminals but my armor glitched so i was kicked out for armor imbalance then i relog at dill more went to bank killed some criminals and then a title screen appear on my screen saying i have a infraction for teaming with criminals
Why was this ban/infraction wrongfully issued?   When did i team with criminals and can u please specify their names i mean this is ridiculous at this point maybe the admin was giving infraction to someone else and by mistake he entered my id or if it is my mistake pls give me the names of the criminals i teamed with and how exactly was i helping them in doing "crimes".

So i was talking to a civilian he was telling me to add him to discord or something then he sits in my car i went after Avenger i was gonna br him then Message from admin came saying a passenger cannot sit with a cop so i sai ok we were just talking he said consider this as a warning i said ok then idk maybe it was admin mistake or maybe intention i have no clue he says to me "suck my dick" i was like confused i thought is the admin my frien like akeno/roro or anyone so i said "tf XDDD" then he puts me into admin jail and gives me infraction for toxic statement towards staff. Now hear me out how in the world is "tf XDD" an insult an lets assume even if it is an insult why did u said to me "suck my dick" .

As a cop you should check the /crimes of the warrent you chasing twice before using force on him, if he actually made a threat at the last 5 mins then you have the right to take him down otherwise it will be considered killing non-threat,

I checked your past punishments, you got banned from being on duty as cop because its not the first time you get punished for the same reason and it seems like you didnt learn from your past mistakes yet, read the /coprules properly before going on duty again because your next punishment will be harsher.

i will leave this open for another staff member to decide

I am pretty sure he had done an attempted murder or kill in the last 5 mins if not then punish me

The cop rules clearly say that you are not supposed to attack any non threat criminal. Cops are allowed to open fire on Most Wanted criminals only as they are surely a threat. For others, you must check their crimes using /cr [id] before attacking them.

Dutchman was simply running away from you. You attacked him while he was on his bike, and then proceeded to kill him after he started running on foot. All this time he wasn't a threat criminal, you should have tazed and arrested him after disabling his vehicle. You are a rank 10 cop, you should be knowing this by now. Just because a person has weapons in their inventory, it does not make them threat to others. I hope you won't repeat this again.

Dutchman was a mw when i started chasing him when i reached him he lost 1 star and he had weapon in his inventory so so what did i do wrong he was a threat come on he had a weapon he was a mw but lost 1 star due to evasion

Ban/infraction reason and details: so i was banned for killing a non threat Dutchman but he was a threat he had guns in his inventory he didnt show it , he killed someone idk who and he was mw so i was chasing him but when i reached him he wasnt mw but had guns So my point is if a person kills someone runs away evade 1 star but still has a gun shouldnt the officer be able to kill him because he murdered someone .
Why was this ban/infraction wrongfully issued? Because the admin banned me saying he was not a threat but he was a threat   
What was the situation which lead to this wrongful ban/infraction? mentioned above
Any witnesses that can vouch for you?   No
Any more information to provide? yes a screenshot saying he had weapons



Note- I am not saying that if a person evades many stars then the officer should be able to kill him i am just saying if he evades 1 star then also we should be able to kill him if he still has weapons.

Details: I found a monster truck and started driving it (i also drive past by pop smoke , flyburger they dont mind it) then by accident i destroyed clink s car u know how monster truck bounce when vehicles drive like under it so clink in his car pull me over and  i step out of my vehicle hoping that he tickets me but he in his car tries to freeze me by a distance and he kept doing that till i go to 2 stars and then he arrested me.

Also one more thing clink did this same thing yesterday or day before yesterday where i was 1 star and he pulled me over i didnt knew that i will go to 2 stars (coz i didnt stop my vehicle)so i did go to 2 stars and then he arrested me

I BUSTCARL am banned from the server coz i said cool dude@$t ($@ coz idk if that is offensive). Well i just said the f word and it means  a bundle of sticks bound together as fuel. I dont think thats offensive and i didnt even said that word to a player i just typed it. Also the admin themselves say f%$k . I hope my appeal will be approved,i.e.,to unban me.
