My suggestion:,

when you are fishing, sometimes you "catch" a "dead corpse"
and the server gives you two stars without good reason...

Remove the stars when you catch a dead corpse, the player fisherman is not to blame...

The first time I died was definitely called for, as I individually hunted each of them down previously - however things get sketchy on my 2nd death.
You see, I was trying to chase klyntar.1337 down since he was MW whilst assuming he was alone, needless to say, he wasn't. I tried to make a run for it peacefully without engaging in any sort of combat when they deliberately start chasing me down and eventually killing me although they could have absolutely lived without doing so. What's even more embarrassing is the fact ranja.1337 claims that he mistook me for some random cop when he totally knew who he was chasing?

So it seems like the vocal minority never wanted the weak spot only in Bullet.
The suggestion is to just make it easier for everyone, and instead of adding engine weak spots for other cars like Banshee, my suggestion is just to remove the weak spot on Bullet 
In addition, the weak spot was added only to Bullet, and it's very unfair to anyone using it regardless of the agenda. And... it can be very annoying.

So i entered ammu to buy armor and ch0ppa and his friend were inside, ch0ppa robbed me so i went outside i did not rob again or attack, they went behind me and mikazuki tried to get in my car to rob me but failed, i ran away and didnt want to rev or do anything so they chaised me killed me and mikazuki said that ch0ppa is with him even if i report them no body will respond to me, like they are above the rules and everyone...

display how much money won when a player found money bag on the chat, we avoid players questions about how much money earned when found money bag.

for example on chat: [MONEYBAG]: Hobgoblin found the lost mafia money bag with $45000 inside!

Yes, but this is only possible if there's even one single unoccupied stolen car, and there often isn't especially when the server player count is low at some given time.

Without working missions the mechanic just doesn't have a lot to do if nobody needs their cars fixed or sold items to.

EDIT: Added image to OP.

Not a bug,  simply you play when the server IS empty off player and logically the mechanic job doesn't have work.

While playing as a Mechanic, there are no job missions being offered to you at the usual times daily, making it difficult to progress.

I would include a attachment screenshot but the forum keeps throwing errors at me when I do so.

You press key number 2? If you press this key, the server generate autowork for mechanics.

i've known this for a long time this supposed bug
Explanation:
When you install double vehicle health in your vehicle, -for example- the cops explode your vehicle tires, you going to fix the tires on fuel station and, surprise! Unable to fix vehicle tires.
at least it does not work on motorcycles
