You were caught lying/begging for mercy, yet you still say that you don't have evidence. You are blatantly lying even after being caught and for that I'd like to see you wait the ban for your dishonesty. However, I'd await an admin/manager to have the final decision.
It was also decided for you to wait the ban out and appeal after a month. It hasn't been a month yet.

The logs were checked which you stated that you are allowed to kill him twice because he killed you twice, which is certainly a breaking the revenge rules. Hence the reason for the added infraction. Now here you are claiming that he had a weapon out and you felt threatened.
I also checked the logs for the said jailbreak which wasn't found are you telling the truth?
