This might actually be a good idea. They should have maybe 30 seconds of water in them, after that if you try to use the water it freezes you or something. I can't actually detect or control the water but I can detect them pressing the fire key, so slightly possible.

You mean after 30 seconds the driver will not be able to shoot water from tank until the cooldown time is over (maybe 10 or 20 seconds) and there would some message displayed like "CANNON EXHAUSTED" during cooldown.

Anyone noticed that drive-by(done by driver) does not give a wanted level u if shoot other's vehicle? cus today (BG)crappyscooter did it several times on cop tanks and he did not get any wanted level for it which is annoying because he can shoot and destroy your cars all day long and u can't do shit . Even I tried this some days back on Saif's Infernus after which he started crying

Maybe add a limit to the water tank is the solution. Water Over = Driver fucked up

Details		So I was just chilling inside SFPD, using my spray can on [HH].aans and all was going good. These two idiots went off duty just because a pro cop quit ([RA]Alex184). After going off they saw me alone inside PD and sprayed me with bullets even though there was nothing on which they could revenge on me. Is it not cophunt and should they not get infracted?
Evidence (Images/Videos etc.)		I have a small video showing their /crimes where there is not a single relation with me before this incident

yes. its too annoying when u just break out from the cell nearest to the door and u enter the SFPD garage where a bunch of cops who were chilling there start shooting at you as soon as you enter a vehicle and give an excuse "You were in a vehicle" (@FloridaMan1983). Even on the cops side sometimes MW criminals escape so fast that you won't even recognize that someone broke out of jail. +1
