The Nine Trey Gangster Bloods or Nine Trey Gangsta Bloods (NTG) are a violent set of the United Blood Nation street gang, which is itself a set of the Bloods gang. The gang operates on the East Coast of the United States.

I'll try my best to be respectful towards the punishment issuing staff member, trust me it's like an impossible challenge but let's go

Why was this ban/infraction wrongfully issued?	Because apparently @Dani wasn't interested to look at my statement and then match it with the video proof provided by the reporter, in-short carelessness of staff.
What was the situation which lead to this wrongful ban/infraction? What was happening?	I'll re-attach the link of video provided by thakur, which almost explains it all. I might also copy paste some of my line from the last reply so you don't have to open the report page again for knowing what's going on. I never record any second of my gameplay. I only wanted to kind of spectate the fight, I remember I bumped into M8N as well. Below I'll explain why I'm innocent using the video proof provided by thakur. 0:04 - If I wanted to grief him, this was a golden moment to lagpit him. But it was never my intention. 0:07 - Just to make sure I don't harm any of the competitors too much, I slowed down my car and had a very little bump with M8N.I could've pressed A or D but a small bump is better than lagpitting him by mistake as well. 0:14 - He hit brakes on an unexpected spot. 0:16 - I'm driving on my full speed with nitro on (proof below) as I thought I have to chase both of them. thakur's car was low so I didn't expect him to stop. 0:16 - I didn't even press A or D once (again because it makes higher chances of lag pitting someone and much higher when Nitro in on), and tried to get out of the tunnel so I don't come in between their drive-by. Radar can vouch their was a fair distance between M8N and thakur so me going from that spot wasn't just a reason to ram him. 0:17 - I lag pitted the very tail part of his car, which again was a bad luck. 0:18 - Proof that I was on Nitro. 0:20 - Another proof I was on Nitro. After thakur killed M8N, I went back into the tunnel while he was like 10% hp. I offered him to sit with me as well by horning the vehicle in front of him like 10 times. Ask him to provide you the full video which I bet he have. No recorder records "Last 24 seconds". It's always a minute or more. I tried my best to recover my mistake, I can't do nothing if he just loves to be a cry baby. This all proves my point, there was no intentional griefing involved in this accident.

Why was this ban/infraction wrongfully issued?	It most probably is not wrong as I could've done it in the heat of moment.
What was the situation which lead to this wrongful ban/infraction? What was happening?	Foxie and HellBoss attacked us, I was picking up a armor and I unintentionally pressed F to skip the animation (according to the admin who punished as I asked about it in /ask
Any witnesses that can vouch for you?	Foxie, HellBoss ofc both were there and know about the situation
Any more information to provide?	I never had a Bug Exploit Infraction before, I'll be thankful if this can just turn into a 0 point Infraction/Warning.

General / Rule change about killing MW

I was just wondering that why is it now disallowed to kill Most Wanted?. I know I'm a bit inactive but on other hand I'm pretty sure that the main and worst problem of the server at the moment was very very high number of cops. Everyone was demanding to find out a way to balance this, none asked for this new rule that you should not be allowed to kill a MW as it was one of the reason most of the players wont get bored playing MCNR. Beside of doing something that is highly requested (somehow balance cops), this new rule was added that you aren't allowed to kill Most Wanted anymore which in my opinion is a very bad idea.

Removing this rule was not really required or necessary as it keeps a player interest to stay in the server. Your thoughts ?

Details		I was afk for a while, when i came back i just switched to Cop. Went outside the PD, just in a minute 2 cars arrived with like 8 MWs and started shooting cops (could be revenge on other cops) in that scene I just rushed and crouched behind the metal fences otuside PD. Still some players shot at me but they tried to avoid to kill me thinking that its not cop hunt like you can see in the action log timestamps. Dan shot me first but stopped, but he then shot me again after a couple seconds the reason I'm also blaming him for the cop hunt and then the other guy Velickovic shot me to death. Dan was there in the whole situation but when I reported Velickovic in-game , I had a respond with 'Monitoring Player' like seriously ? Monitoring player for cop hunt report ? I am sure Dan handled this report because I specially mentioned him while reporting. He's just acting blind. Even if dan dont get punished for cop hunt, he should be warned for his trash moderating skills

Details		mindless killed me outside PD because I was MW. I didn't call my car back. After like 3 mins when I was out of jail I received the message that my Personal vehicle is destroyed. Mindless destroyed it when he had no valid reason.

Ban/infraction reason and details	I was a cop and 4 criminals were in a Binco, 3 of them were threats including @LordCrofT @Prother @Dan and 1 was non threat @Reaper . I just went in and tried to kill anyone I can and ended up killing Non-threat Reaper while Other Bloodz members were attacking me and trying to get me down. I know I killed a Non-threat and that's against rule but in such a complicated situation things like this it sometimes happen. Dan ended up giving me 5 minute jail and PSO. I think this was too complicated situation so this should've been ended with a verbal warning or only jail. It's so clear that it wasn't something intentionally done at all, it was only the complicated situation as 4 criminals were in one small interior with 3 active threats and 1 non active threat.
Why was this ban/infraction wrongfully issued?	I think for this much complicated situation I should've only be warned or jailed first.
What was the situation which lead to this wrongful ban/infraction? What was happening?	it's hard to /crimes every damn guy in a sudden 4v1 which I don't even expect, as I thought there's 1 guy in the Binco but there were 4. I was getting bullets from everywhere so just killed the guy with lowest health/td]
Any witnesses that can vouch for you?	@Dan was there and he can atleast tell that I ain't lying about the situation

Invalid Bugs / /rob bug

Details: When you rob a player who is paused for 30+ second the server gives you message 'You can not rob a player who is paused for more than 30 seconds' Which means we didn't rob the player. Once the player comes back from pause and we /rob him the server gives message 'You can not rob the same player again so soon'. When we robbed him while he was afk the server considered that as robbing but gave us a message instead of Cash while it was not robbing him.

Procedure to replicate: Rob a player Paused more than 30 seconds. Then rob him again when He comes back from Pause.

Fixed Bugs / You can use a Medkit while buying weapons from ammunition [title updated]

Details: You can use Medkit While you are buying weapons from ammunation . Which means you are using Medkit and buying weapons at the same time which is not right I guess.

Procedure to replicate: Goto Ammunation and try to buy some weapons. While selecting weapons to buy, write /mk. The player will be using Medkit and buying weapons at the same time.

Details      AS you can see in the video, Dem0n and Agentrammer were finding a reason to kill me. They stole my drop first but I still didn't say/do something. And then he just drove me over. I didn't intentionally jump in front of his car as you can see in the video I dont even know where he is. Both of them literally were finding a reason to kill me and ended up killing me without reason.
