Ammunation should be usable again if the guy who robbed ammu or attacked the ammunation cashier goes out. Thoughts?

Edit: And if public servicemen shoot inside ammunation, the cashier should not hide.

Fixed Bugs / Permanent screen fading effect

On exiting car while the repair just started, the fading effect remains until you are killed.

Basically, disallow taze and kill. Tazer was meant to stun suspects and aid in cuffing them. People started abusing it.

Reasons:-
Samp sync is shit.
Cops can still hold 5 molotovs, might be a bug but it's annoying.
It's so cheap way to kill players.

Closed / 800x600x32 mode not found

My irl friend bought a new pc last week and he is getting this error when launching gta sa/ samp. I tried to add custom resolution to his pc via Intel command center but it was blocked with a message 'Custom resolutions are not supported on Internal Displays'. I even tried to add certain mods from YT videos they didn't work either. So if anyone had this error earlier and fixed it somehow, can you please help me?

Details		clear cophunt. I never interacted with Marc before, yet he attacked me and after I took down Marc they(mindless and Mr.Hehe) started shooting me and even if he was their friend he can't avenge him because he was already killed when they were more than 30m away from me.
