I've been thinking about this ever since I joined this server, there's nothing much else to do with all the money you gather other than purchasing house, so why not add a new property type to expand the possibilities to spend our money in game.
Introduce a new property type across all three cities on the server: 'Businesses', strategically located around the inner city. The pricing of these businesses would vary based on their prime locations, with more prime spots demanding higher prices such as Gas Station shops, properties closer to Police Departments. Each business establishment would feature 24/7 accessible shop interiors stocked with a selection of items, including different types of food and beverages, a few weapons, lotto tickets, flowers, wine and more. Notably, the prices of these items would be set at three times than their regular cost in 24/7 shops or ammunition stores. This price markup is justified by the convenience they offer, sparing players frequent trips to acquire items like lotto tickets and body armor. The in-stock limit could be determined by calculating the 3x price of items, which would accumulate to the maximum amount the vault can hold 50k. After that the owner needs to restock his store before he can sell again.
Moreover, these businesses would include a secure safe, the income earned by selling those items would be saved in that safe and could be collected by the owner anytime he likes, which also could be robbed by other players. The max limit of amount that the safe can hold would be 50k, after that the owner has to withdraw his money or it would get robbed. There would also be a business protection security in 3 Levels, with higher level denying the most chances of successful robbery, that could be bought when you buy a business. We could either use the same old way of hacking the safe vault of other stores OR we could use a command /robbiz that would trigger the robbery and you would have to wait for 60-70 secs inside to complete the robbery. If we follow the latter option, the robbery will need to be failed as well just like the jail break out and you would have to wait 40-50 secs to be able to rob it again.
I value your feedback on this concept. Your thoughts and opinions are highly appreciated—please share your reviews below to refine and enhance this idea further!
