I have an alternative suggestion that could work: An MCNR-only VPN server, by MCNR. If there's concerns re monthly bandwidth or abuse - limit connections via firewall only to MCNR IP addresses.

Players must be whitelisted to use the VPN, this can be achieved through the authentication methods (i.e. user/pass). If player connects again after a ban, proof can be conclusive asf because VPN usage will be logged, and MCNR runs the VPN.

It should be MUCH more expensive so that players still make use of /bribe. But then players won't use it much, making the effort scripting this wasted. I do like the idea, though.

Whilst we do have bribe pickups, there is a time limit between using them.

I'd support Lester being an option players can use to reduce WL by 1/2 stars for money (balanced: player will be stationary at payphone, giving a nearby $cop chance to apprehend them).

I think I have an explanation. A horse finishes the race as soon as they pass the pole. In your case, possibly, the purple one passed the pole first and the green one overtook it when it had also passed the pole. Do you remember if that was the case? Maybe we should stop the horses as soon as they finish instead of them keep running until every horse finishes.

green was ahead for a while but not by a huge amount, they did keep overtaking each other a bit though + the horses stop instantly when it ends

Donations are limited by a certain amount of ejaculations per day. Ejaculations per day can be increased by being more active (running/walking/gym).

remove jumping / any type of movement you can do in jail and chat priviledges to make the experience as boring as possible. Just display a black screen with a timer that occasionally updates. Total sensory deprivation
