Ban/infraction reason and detailsi killed them i am so sorry i was just get frank
Why was this ban/infraction wrongfully issued?your rule is that after 10 points you will ban us but you ban me after 2 points why
What was the situation which lead to this wrongful ban/infraction? What was happening?one of the man was standing in the bank and i killed him 1 and them another player come and killed me then they go to hospital there was a player player with very low health so i killed him then i got jailed and then they said that you have been banned

You already had 8 points, before i infracted you with the rest of 2 points, and as you've mentioned above that you killed a player that was standing outside bank, well it is against the rules and is considered as RDM so is the after spawn one, as you mentioned that a player was on low hp and you killed him, your not allowed to kill a player just because he is on "low hp" with that being said, the ban appeal is denied and your ban will not be lifted.
