Title: Make medics able to sell medikits

It can make medics win a little more of Cash and also increase the utility of them, maybe they can carry 30 medikits to sell and refill that amount in every hospital.

Wasn't it suggested a long time ago and was accepted? I guess so. Also, it is "medkit" not "medikit".

This has been planned for a while. One prerequisite was the inventory trading system that was added in 1.15. Now that's in place, this has become possible to implement. I did intend to add it in 1.15 but 1.15 was delayed for long enough already.
