Title: Are /q jokes against the rules?

NOTE: THIS IS NOT AN APPEAL
I'm confused since I've seen a ton of people joke about using /q (personally, I suggested quitting to leave a glitched area of a bank interior, and it was not a joke), but it is not against the rules, (in-game, or on mikescnr.com/rules).
So my question is: did I miss something in the rules, or can people make these jokes?

yeah for some stupid reason they are. as if some noob quits the game entirely because someone told him /q gives him free money
