Vehicles cant be destroyed easily, you littearly need like 2k m4 bullets to destory an armoured vehicle which doesn't make any sense, Basically if there is an armoured vehicle dbing can take out a whole squad of cops by itself
There should be a balance in fights for those who usually play solo since noone can take an armoured vehicle down without dbing, most of the fights are now based on dbing, basically if you don't have a friend to team with you wont be able to take down any warrent by yourself.

Agreed. Even in the singleplayer (along with normal samp servers), vehicles take 3 times more damage from bullets than players, this makes things balanced and doesn't make vehicles ultimate instrument for annihilation.

How Will it solve DBD (driver drive by) ? It will more likely make it impossible to escape with a vehicle if it gets destroyed in 5 seconds.

Remove vehicle armour completely. No more bullet resistant tires, no more fast ass tanks. Make it as it was earlier, max 999hp for every vehicle and 5 tire health for every tire. This should actually balance the 8v1 cop-criminal fight or vice versa. Please consider this @Mike

This was actually not intentional. I realised a few months ago how difficult it is to do significant damage to vehicles. I think it uses the same damage values as players. I'll make some adjustments..
