With limitations and conditions, that would be helpful!

- You can hide pause messages in settings.
- I agree PMs need to stand out more somehow.
- All help messages are bright yellow.
- All error messages are red.
- Job messages are the corresponding job color.

If you have any suggestions for /settings you wish me to add e.g. toggling certain messages in chat please let me know. I think one of the worst offenders for chat spam is the cop dispatch messages. You get absolutely flooded with those when it's busy and tbh and should maybe be toned down.

Please give me any more suggestions, and thanks for the feedback. I agree something needs doing.

Thanks for the reply. My bad, I did not even know that /settings exists. I would then turn that suggestion towards whaving such messages as an opt-in feature maybe for new players (e.g. paused messages but not information and announcement)?
Maybe also having it more localized for the dispatch messages? I believe an officer on duty should not be aware of a car theft in LV when you are in SF for example, unless it is a major offence such as a bank robbery or a murder, then that would most likely be a global cop message.

It would be really great if we can reduce the number of message colors in the chat, I know this is too broad to suggest, but just a feedback as right now I personally believe it is just a mess. There is NO way to differentiate between a personal message or a help / pause message for example. Maybe have a proper color scheme that defines the server which is not too bright / does not highlight much on unimportant messages.
Since that is just too broad as a suggestion itself, another "solid" idea (hope that isn't considered two suggestions in one thread) would be a player level control on "pause messages" for example which helps us control the chat messages more. I personally wouldn't care if someone paused or came back, I prefer not to see these messages in the chat (in addition to others...) which are distracting. What do you think?
