This guy is really annoying he broke a lot of rules I think and he killed me for no reason (Deathmatching) I don't really have enough proof

your not the only guy who damaged me actually the other cops did too i was non threat and thats why I had 1 hp and you were aimming at me so how is that possible that you can shoot the bike and your aimming at me?
