Why was this ban/infraction wrongfully issued?	Because I didn't harass him in anyway lately.
What was the situation which lead to this wrongful ban/infraction? What was happening?	I don't know, I just logged in today and saw those infraction points. I just did duels yesterday and left.
Any witnesses that can vouch for you?	Moody, he uplifted my ban that day but the infractions stayed.

Ban/infraction reason and details	2 points inraction for this line "killed the doggie @SilenTHunteR (53) who was yapping much" and then when I got mad and questioned him, he banned me for discriminating.
Why was this ban/infraction wrongfully issued?	Because 2 infraction pts for 'Doggie' are not valid. As a result, I got mad as I was unfairly punished so I questioned him and upon questioning, he banned me for 3 days. How insecure can a staff member be?
What was the situation which lead to this wrongful ban/infraction? What was happening?	We were fighting as Cops and Robbers, they said petty things to us as well that we didn't mind but when we said something, they went 'Banana' and gave instant infraction and then a ban upon questioning.
Any witnesses that can vouch for you?	@Scav @Curious.

Well, first of all I didn't know you were there. Besides, after killing you, I was actively fighting cops and had not quit the game. You had plenty of time to take your revenge. As for the screenshot that you shared, I had killed Vendetta as shown in your picture and came to Ammunition to get armour and then quit the game. Also, you were not in my POV. Had I known that you were coming to fight, I would have not quit.

Hello there people,

I hope you're all doing great in your lives.

I wanted to raise a point of consideration regarding the management of staff complaints within our community. Currently, there appears to be a gap in the efficiency of addressing these concerns, particularly in terms of response time and transparency. Many complaints lodged via email to [email protected] are left pending, resulting in a lack of acknowledgment and eventually, closure for the complainants. Subsequently, so often these "good staff members" actually get away even if they have done something wrong.

Therefore, I strongly insist on reinstating the Staff Complaints section on the forums. This platform would facilitate quicker response times from staff, ensuring transparency in addressing concerns and enabling more effective resolution processes.

Well, I've not been quite open but now that he's calling us the 'Guilty man', we actually were used by him, I've to say that Vuitton$ didn't tell us that he was banned earlier for this thing, he kept on telling us that no "Admins can't check transaction logs etc" "They won't know shit" that I and Sharky believed and went along to abuse the glitch.

Well, we were on the call for more than three hours on Discord, am not sure I can interpret everything discussed there but to summarize it all, we did abuse the bug and made millions of cash in game that was shared with each other.

What was the situation which lead to this wrongful ban/infraction? What was happening?	Explaining the situation would reveal the glitch to more players.
Any more information to provide?	Just reduce my ban to a week or two weeks as I was automatically banned by server for 3 months that I think is a very long time considering that you have reset our cash and Sharky is still playing. (You get my point)

Details		I was on foot trying to hijack this linerunner as this guy was constantly ramming my car, Haw was down in the water I never went/aim or shot a single bullet near him but his friends came and killed me. When inquired, their response was that I was going to shoot their friend down.

The proof is enough for him to be punished.

you just accepted that "even if he tried to aim you" he did and right after i got full rights to protect myself since i was the guy who robbed him.

I keep on repeating it time and time again, but you are not getting this that (READ IT at least 2 or 3 times) "If anyone in game aims at another player, it is shown in logs as a crime 'Committed Weapon Threat to [ABCD]' but it never did occur in my logs because I never aimed at you."
